Sr. SAP SD Analyst
|
6 months contract to hire opportunity!
Our client, a large manufacturer, located in the Chicago suburbs, is conducting a search for a Senior SAP SD Analyst to join their staff immediately.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7yrs strong functional experience in Senior SAP SD Analyst, and a background in manufacturing business processes, including Order to Cash and Sales to Invoice processes.
The Senior SAP SD Analyst will work closely with all business groups and application developers to facilitate the development, design, and support business-critical applications.
The main responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing solutions, and resolving issues in a development and production support environment. The Senior SAP SD Analyst will conduct, coordinate, and be accountable for the effectiveness of user training and testing.
The Senior SAP SD Analyst should thoroughly understand business needs and be able to think through the system processes, either by their own knowledge, or by involving the right resources, and help implement best practices.
Desired experience includes (Sales to Invoice-specific):
• Strong Order to Cash experience
• Must have worked as a lead in a Senior role
• Standard EDI and non-EDI interfaces
• User exit trigger points within and between documents, and between modules, and system modifications.
• BOM and pricing schema modeling
• Web order functionality
• Concepts and system settings for Availability to Promise (ATP)
• Import/export process with foreign countries- foreign trade

We are looking for a outgoing experienced SAP ABAP Developer who is looking to be more than just a coder. Someone who is looking to go into a leadership role and has experience working with a variety of modules on the logistics side such as SD, MM, PP and WM other skills include: IDOC'S, BAPI's, User exits, Interfaces, Reporting and more. The system being used now is 4.6 moving into ECC 6.0 within the next year so this candidate must have been involved with at least one upgrade, there will be lots of client interaction and dealing with business users so this professional should possess lots of drive and personality.
